Vivian is the founder and principal owner of ResCom Management, LLC., where she was instrumental in the start-up of three businesses: project management consulting, construction and maintenance, and property management for residential, commercial, and multi-family associations,
Vivian has extensive experience as a principal consultant for Deutsche Bank, American International Group, Unilever U.S., and Thomas J. Lipton Company focusing on project management, interior design, planning and design, commercial real estate, construction management, and property management for multiple global and national commercial corporate campuses. Vivian received a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Interior Design at The College of New Jersey, certified in Property Management, licensed real estate in New Jersey.
